A Question For You...

I'm contemplating changing the name and URL of this blog. I've outgrown the title, I think. Actually, I doubt that I was ever as caustic or mercenary as the title suggests.

So, I want to ask you guys who read this thing-

1- Should I change the name of this blog, or just live with what I decided on a year and a half ago? Or, would this just mess up people's links and RSS feeds?

2- If I do change the name, what should it be? I'm open to suggestions.

Looking forward to your input.

Keep the name. It's clever, and I've never thought of it as mercenary. 'Sides, I don't want to bother updating my RSS feeds.

I have actually been thinking the same thing. I couldn't think of a name when I started it. But I think I'll keep the URL. I don't think anyone needs to update their RSS then. Although it would be confusing for new readers, I guess. But who cares about them!

Here are some suggested titles:

Boobidy-Tit-Corn! You know you want some.

Winsome Wanderings ...With Wasabi! (You know - cause you're in Japan!)

Charles Bronson Fan Club

Super Tokyo Ninja Robot Monkey Fun Time Dojo Housemate!

Facebook

My Sweet Bippy

Stiff Cuppa (your choice to add in the specifier/pun or not)

Llama Farm Blitzkrieg

I Am Your New Bicycle

Pol Pot's Pogo Stick

Let's Talk Shichimenchou!

Feel free to use any of these awesome ideas. I mean, I couldn't possibly use them all. (Or could I...? No. No, I couldn't.) Alternatively, you could change the name every day for a week and see which one really sings to you. Wouldn't that be fun for everyone?

I like the current one-- clever, and you've got to call it something.

Alright! The people have spoken- the name stays.

But I did appreciate "Kancho Villa," and I wonder how many new readers I'd get if I switched the name to "Facebook."

I checked and facebook.blogspot.com is taken by someone very in love with god. ...er God.

so, I think a higher power has also spoken and you shouldn't change. or at least until you get another job and the old title makes no sense at all. but then, that's kind of nice to. like the other your twin. (or, doesn't make sense to people like me)
